Click here to see Coco at Meadowbrook Elementary’s first-ever Life Skills and Wellness/Help is Here Night. It was a full house! Teachers were all-in, teaching relaxation and mindfulness practices and students brought home a goody bag filled with relaxation tools to use a home. The event was funded through the Mental Health Referendum, which paid for supplies and compensation for teachers who facilitated stations.
