Coco the German Shepherd Dog is part of the Margate Florida Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.). This is a picture of her before she got a harness ID with CERT Patches. She is a certified therapy dog with Canine Assisted Therapy of Oakland Park, FL. Her goal with Margate CERT is to become a Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) k9 Comfort Dogs or (C.E.R.T.) Therapy Dogs. She could then offer comfort and emotional support to victims of disasters and comfort to first responders in stressful situation.
