All the best,

Years ago I was sent to WorldWide Plaza in New York City.

The company that provided security there wanted add a K9 unit and needed my expert help.

I was picked up at the airport in a limo by the head of security. On our way to WorldWide Plaza, we drove through Times Square.

The chief of security was trying to have a conversation with me but I was having a hard time staying focused on the conversation.

I’ve been to New York but driving through Times Square, such an interesting place, I found it hard to stay focused.

Every time I help a dog owner teach their dog to come when called, I always explain teaching come is easy. Most dogs will come to their owners as long as…

…there are NO distractions.

As soon as a leaf blows by, a bird flies past, the scent of a racoon is detected, the dog no longer hears you.

Just like I was in the back of the limo. I couldn’t hear the chief of security because I was distracted.

The recall command is extremely important which is why I took some time out of my incredibly busy work schedule (last week we helped train 81 dogs) to put together this information packed, highly useful video, breaking down the ten most important steps you need to know to improve your dog’s recall command.

“The biggest challenge for us was jumping and coming when called. No is the magic word Eric taught us. He rarely does anything wrong but if he does he stops immediately. You can see that Eric loves is job and the best part is he came to my house to do the dog training. If someone was to ask me about hiring Eric I would say, “Do it!!!!”
